We currently deliver all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

2. What are your delivery charges?

  • Lahore: PKR 200

  • Outside Lahore: PKR 350

  • Store Pickup: PKR 99 only

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation. You’ll be notified via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
No advance payment is required.

5. Can I open the parcel before paying?

Yes! This is one of our key features.
You can open your parcel before payment to ensure everything is correct.

Absolutely! Rosmetica only deals in 100% original and authentic cosmetics from trusted brands.

7. Can I return a product?

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order — if the item is damaged, incorrect, or unused and in original packaging.

8. How will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued through our delivery partner in the form of cash return during pickup or redelivery.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
