Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).

  • Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges:

  • Flat Rate: PKR 200 for orders under PKR 3,000.

  • Free Shipping on orders above PKR 3,000.

Courier Partners:
We work with trusted logistic partners like Leopard Courier, TCS, and Call Courier to ensure fast and safe delivery nationwide.

Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. A tracking number will be shared once your package is dispatched.


 

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to make your experience smooth and worry-free.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, leaked, or expired

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used/opened skincare or makeup products

  • Fragrances with broken seals

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

Process:

  1. Contact us within 3 days at info@rosmetica.com or WhatsApp us at +92 308 909 8140.

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof (if applicable).

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed in the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item.
