Our standard delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on your location. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

If your product arrives broken, leaked, or damaged in any way, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
